The last event on this list is hosted by the BUiLT (Blacks United in Leading Technology) North Texas chapter. Starting in 2021, the organization began hosting an event called Black Tech Symposium intended to celebrate and promote the advancement of black professionals in the tech industry.

This is a 3-day annual event. It’s free to attend the online/virtual portion of the symposium, which consists of keynote presentations, speaker sessions, and an expo. There is also a private mixer during the three days that is an in-person networking event, which requires payment. The mixer is held in the Dallas area.
